Service Description
This service is for a video consultation for stylist Rosie to evaluate the client’s hair and needs. If an in-person service is booked or a wig is purchased, consultations up to 20 minutes long will be deducted from the cost of that service or product. If consultation is 21 minutes or longer, the cost of the consultation is a separate fee and therefore will not deducted from any booked in-person session or wig purchases.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24hrs in advance. Any cancellations after that time is subject to a late cancellation fee of 50% of the total service fee.
